• Any additional processing fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the user’s responsibility.

• Users must ensure they have sufficient funds to complete transactions.

• All transactions must be conducted legally and ethically.

• Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions may result in account suspension.

• Payments are final once confirmed by all participants.

• Refunds are subject to merchant policies set forth by payment aggregators and providers such as Stripe, Adyen, Noon Payments, Xendit etc., and are not processed directly by SuperCheckout.ai (Pool Now Pte. Ltd).

• Disputes should be resolved among participants; however, SuperCheckout.ai (Pool Now Pte. Ltd) may intervene in cases of suspected fraud.

• SuperCheckout.ai (Pool Now Pte. Ltd) employs security measures to protect user data and transactions.

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

• Our Privacy Policy details how we collect and use your data.

• SuperCheckout.ai (Pool Now Pte. Ltd) is not responsible for losses resulting from failed transactions, unauthorized access, or third-party payment provider issues.

• We provide our service on an "as-is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
